Plot synopsis

A young woman marries a rich widower, Maxim de Winter. After she moves into his big house, she is upset to find that everybody, including the servants, can never forget the memories of Maxim's late first wife, Rebecca...  (This movie is based on the novel by Daphne du Maurier).

My opinion

I think this film is quite nice and interesting, and sometimes scary as well! Excellent performances by Laurence Olivier, Joan Fontaine and, Judith Anderson.
